What is the difference between claims and pre-approvals?
Claims are for past treatments you’re getting reimbursed for. Pre-approvals are prior authorizations for services you haven’t had yet. You can track both in the app.

Can I track my submitted claims in the app?
Yes. Go to “My Claims” to view all your submissions and their current status (Pending, Approved, Rejected, etc.).
How are payments handled for my approved claims?
You must add and verify your IBAN/bank account in your profile. Once approved, any reimbursement will be transferred to that account.
What’s the difference between delivery and pickup flows?
For pickup, the pharmacy marks the order “Ready for Pickup,” and the user visits the pharmacy. For delivery, the pharmacy marks it “Out for Delivery” and arranges dispatch manually.
Can I resubmit a claim that was rejected or partially approved?
Yes. You can find the original claim in “My Claims” and tap “Resubmit Claim” to submit corrections or missing documents.
What features can guest users access?
Guests can view service listings, public content, and promotional material but need to log in to book appointments, submit claims, or access insurance details.
