No. There is no real-time delivery integration. The pharmacy manually updates the status, and delivery is arranged independently through their own resources.
For pickup, the pharmacy marks the order “Ready for Pickup,” and the user visits the pharmacy. For delivery, the pharmacy marks it “Out for Delivery” and arranges dispatch manually.
Once Medgulf approves the order, the pharmacy prepares the medication and manually updates the order status to “Ready for Pickup” or “Out for Delivery.”
