How do I enable fingerprint or Face ID login?
Go to Account Settings → Security → Biometric Login and toggle on Face ID or fingerprint based on your device. You must be logged in first to activate it.

What are the supported login methods in the app?
Users can log in using email/mobile + password. The app also supports biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID), Google Authenticator (2FA), and will later support Quick PIN.

Yes. Users can enable 2FA using Google Authenticator. Once enabled, users must enter a code from the app during every login.
What happens if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen, verify with OTP (mobile/email), and set a new password. You’ll then be redirected to login with the new credentials.

Users must enter their first name, last name, mobile or email, date of birth, gender, and password. National ID is required later for insurance validation.
